Kinda felt more like a test of things then a game.
The log said I descended a staircase, but my player became stuck. I pressed ESC and tried to load again, but it said there was no saved game. I didn't get any sort of crash log. Pressing esc again on the main menu seemed to have exit the game.
After I refreshed the game, my saved game was apparently back, but I still can't go down the stairs. And this floor had no chasms, but trying them (jumping or climbing) in the upper floors doesn't work - just seems to close the prompt.
Overall though my experience was that nothing could hurt me with a few allocations to agility, and hunger therefore wasn't an issue as I could eat everything.
I will look into this. Do you happen to remember what floor you wre on?
It said dungeon level 5 before I descended.
Any way to cure food poisoning? Or not get it in the first place?
You get food poisoning from eating rotten food. It goes away after a number of turns. The character screen shows how many turns you have left
How do I know it's rotten? Does it rot with time? But I ate a ghoul and that was immediately rotten.
Yes, food rots with time.
Ghouls are undead. They’re rotten from the start.
